[Bucardo-general] INSTALLATION ERROR

Sir,
While installing bucardo 5.4.1 with postgresql9.4.8 RHEL7.3   64bit .I am getting following error:while 
bucardo install after entering postgres username passwordpostgres database name password  ERROR:INSTALLATION FAILED ! psql:/usr/local/share/bucardo/bucardo.schema:47 error permission denied for language plperlu.
how to resolve it.Kindly help me.Thanks in advance.
