[Bucardo-general] INSTALLATION ERROR

Thanks Sir.Now I installed Bucardo-5.4.1 successfully with PostgreSQL 9.4.8 64bit RHEL 7 OS.
is this version will also work with PostgreSQL 9.6.xxx ?

You need to connect with a user that has permissions to create 
a language. In most cases, the 'postgres' user is enough, but 
make sure you are using a user that has "superuser" role enabled.
