This can usually be traced back to running out of memory. Check your other logs
and see if you can find a backend being killed by the OOM-killer. Solutions
include smaller operations (could try setting Bucardo's
statement_chunk_size to 1000), more memory on the server, or perhaps
decreasing work_mem or other schemes to reduce the overall memory usage.
