[Bucardo-general] Install Bucardo on Amazon RDS PostgreSQL

Thanks for the quick response. i was able to use your documentation on the
installation and was able to start bucardo but i ran into some issues.

*issue #1*

i got this error:

Bucardo is not replicating to the target
