[Bucardo-general] Install Bucardo on Amazon RDS PostgreSQL

Ok, i was able to run query on the bucardo schema. I coundn't see it
because i forgot to set the search_path, but here it is.

auth=> alter function bucardo.bucardo_delta_check ( text, text) SET
log_min_messages = DEBUG;
ERROR:  permission denied to set parameter "log_min_messages"
