[Bucardo-general] Bucardo sync not running

Just a bit more info: Kicking the sync doesn't seem to do anything.  When it's in this idle state, there's an orphan backend in PostgreSQL for bucardo, in idle-in-transaction, doing a SELECT on a sequence.
