[Bucardo-general] CustomSelect documentation and viability?

*Documentation for CustomSelect / CustomCols notes that:*
The customselect feature allows you to control what rows & columns get
synchronized from one database to another.

*Our Goal:* Only sync rows WHERE location='location1'
*Implementation:* ./bucardo add customcols public.mytable "SELECT * FROM
public.mytable WHERE location='1'"

What should have happened is the rows where location is equal to anything
but 1 should not sync however this is not the case. Am I missing something?

As I've researched this issue, I've found that this is highly requested and
really not possible easily with any other tool. Is this planned or is there
anything I can do to instigate or sponsor the development of this feature?
