Hello Team,
We are having an ubuntu 14.04 server with postgres 9.3 and we have issues upgrading the server so we want to use
Bucardo to do a logical replication from postgres 9.3 to 13. I have done a test with Bucardo and I noticed existing data
Was not replicated.
My question is must I do an initial load like manually dump the existing data from the primary and restore on the standby node?
And another concern is while copying the existing data and application is still connected , what happened to the new inserts coming in from application when
The replication has not started ?
Please advice on the process.
