[check_postgres-announce] Version 2.5.0

Just released version 2.5.0, which adds support for a pg_service.conf
file. Usage is simply --dbservice=name. This also allows enforcement of
SSL, which is the problem that spurred this change. Usage would be:

  --dbservice="foo sslmode=require"
