[check_postgres-announce] Version 2.9.3 released

Version 2.9.3 of check_postgres was just released. This has two changes
from 2.9.2:

* Quote dbname in perf output for the backends check. (Davide Abrigo)

* Add 'fetch' as an alternative method for new_version checks, as this
  comes by default with FreeBSD. (Hywell Mallett)

Still looking for translators - step on up! Just edit the
check_postgres.pl in the section at the top for your language, then send
in a patch.
