[check_postgres-announce] Version 2.14.1 released

Version 2.14.1 has just ben released. This fixes a small error 
with the 'logfile' check - it was using $^T, which means that the 
bit that figures out the logfile based on the date may have been 
wrong as Nagios can keep the script in memory and $^T does not change.
