[check_postgres] Version 2.0.0 of check_postgres released

Version 2.0.0 of check_postgres.pl has been released. The big change is
the final separation of check_postgres from Nagios, by adding two new
output types: mrtg and simple. The MRTG output gives four lines of
information, but typically only the first one (always a number) is used.
The 'simple' output gives just the first line of the MRTG output, and is
very handy for times when you just want a raw number, without having to
worry about --warning, --critical, OK, exit status, etc. Please look over
the docs for a full explanation of the changes:
