[check_postgres] Version 2.1.2 released

I just released version 2.1.2 - it fixes a small error in the disk_space
action when output is non-Nagios and you have more than one hard disk
being checked. I also added a new option, --simple, as a shortcut for
--output=simple, as I found myself using the latter more and more often
and I wanted something ..er.. simpler. :)

I also cleaned up the docs a little bit, so the HTML doc page should look a
lot better.
