[check_postgres] Version 1.9.1 released

I just rolled out version 1.9.1 - grab from bucardo.org/check_postgres/ or
pull from the git repo. It fixes a SQL error I made in the bloat
calculation for 1.9.0, and adds the ability to specify the bloat warning
and critical as percentages. I only made a quick test of the percentage
feature, so let me know if it breaks in interesting ways. Would it be
better to return the percentage bloat when asking for a percentage (rather
than the current 2.5X output)?
