[check_postgres] [commit] Call File::Temp::cleanup() explicitly, as CLEANUP => 1 on tempdir()

Ouch, shame about that versioning: looks like File::Temp added the cleanup
method in early 2005. That eval seems like a pretty harmless solution, so
I've added it in and just released 2.4.2. Thanks!
