[check_postgres] --dbservice behavior

Hello,

psql "service=myservice" work only if pg >=8.3.

I suggest that check_postgres use it the old way :

PGSERVICE="myservice" psql

I am not aware if it can break things ...

I will try to do it (and send a patch if my solution looks fine)




PS: about cosmetics things, I am too much buzy at the moment, but I'll try to
work on it in the next weeks.
