[check_postgres] bug in txn_wraparound perfdata output

Good link. I'm going to mull this over when I get some time. Still catching up
from the conference last week (yes, I spoke about check_postgres.pl!).

I'll be working through the other emails on this list, too, as well as
continuing to write more tests. Actions 'connections', 'database_size', and
'sequence' are spoken for. If anyone wants to contribute a test, they are fairly
easy, just copy one of the existing ones from the t/ directory and go. Let me
know on or offlist first though, so we don't have two people working on the same
test.
