[check_postgres] new actions/features

Hello,

We are facing some trouble and we'd like to adjust some things.

The last*vacuum|analyze actions are nice, but we need the following to be check:
  * check every table have been vacuum|analyze at least once. (no NULL)
  * check at least one table have been vacuumed|analyzed since X hours/days/...

The disk_space is isefull too and the logfile check for error reporting too, but:
  * check the current logfile is not bigger than X KB/MB/GB can be very nice.


I am pretty sure those change can be made with only few modification of the
currents actions. I will try do it next tuesday/wednesay if nobody disagree.

Greg, I really want to help on the t/ but my calendar say no :-((( I apologize
to let you do all that job because we are using check_postgres a lot.. and we
all(?) know how boring are those kind of devel.
