[check_postgres] nagios output for autovac_freeze

Hi,

I have updated the nagios output for the autovac_freeze check. 
It follow the nagios guidelines but remove one info from the original ouput 
(the exact number of pages).

The new output is of the form : 'label'=value%;min;crit
