[check_postgres] Patch to run any action over all dbs

Hi Greg,

Excellent work with this plugin. I may be misunderstanding the 
documentation but I couldn't work out a way of running the actions over 
all databases, without knowing them already.

I created an option --alldb to run the psql listing and pass the output 
into the --db parameter.

I use it with bloat and autovaccum e.g

check_postgres --action last_vacuum --alldb --critical 30days  --dbuser 
root  --port 5432

check_postgres --action bloat --alldb  --dbuser root  --port 5432
