[check_postgres] Next release?

All I can say is "soon". I ended up changing the way that run_command() 
outputs things; it uses a hashref of columns so we can avoid all those 
regexes inside each check_* subroutine. This also means rewriting a 
significant portion of the code. The best thing you can do is keep 
bugging me about it, and testing any git pushes that come down the 
chute. :)
