[check_postgres] perfdata format

Hey,

We found that your perfdata output format is not actually compliant with nagios
format described here :

  http://nagiosplug.sourceforge.net/developer-guidelines.html#AEN201

Performance data should always be space-separated. Check_postgres currently add
a ' * ' to separate data from different conninfo. This can break graphing from
external tools.

Please, find in attachment a patch proposal.
