[check_postgres] compile help on check_postgres

What error are you seeing? check_postgres only needs to know about the location 
of a workng psql binary.

This is the cause of the 'make test' failures later on. Upgrade Test::More 
to something recent (0.61 came out in 2005) and the tests should start working.
