[check_postgres] [PATCH] Alldb, nagios compatible db stats, query time debug

Hi Greg,

I've updated my patches for the latest version of check_postgres. I 
looked through the code and can't see another way of passing in all 
databases to actions like bloat, unless I'm missing something obvious.

The other two changes are to add more debug info to the long running 
query output and to display nagios performance data for the dbstats action.
