[check_postgres] Backend action tests

Hi,

As Greg asked me to add new tests for the two new actions I would like
to see added, I put some time working on the tests. I think there are
some issues with the tests for the backend action. My patch is attached.
It is rather straightforward.

I'm still working on my own tests. Should send them in a few hours.
