[check_postgres] check_postgres 2.15.4 version check complains it is ahead of the current release

Not sure why this was happening, except to suspect some sort of 
caching issue. The latest_version.txt file was updated at the 
same time that 2.15.4 was uploaded.

If it still fails for you, please let me know. I'll see about adding 
some cache-busting to the code.
