[check_postgres] Questions on installing check_postgres.pl

Hello,

I have couple questions in regard to check_postgres install -

1) Where is this check_postgres.pl supposed to be installed?  On the postgresql db server or Nagios server?
2) If it is supposed to be installed on Nagios server, is there a different script to run on a Windows server?  My Nagios server is on Windows OS.
