[check_postgres] --host2 and Friends

No, not intentional, just an oversight. I think what we should do is still 
allow host2 to work as a backwards-compatible feature, but show examples 
and write documentation with the "new" system. Unless people feel strongly 
the old way was more intuitive or better in some other way.
