[check_postgres] Check Query Time does not work in Postgres 9.2

Hi,

Great tool you´v built.

Check Query Time does not work in Postgres 9.2, since they have changed pg_stat_activity columns and added "state_change" column.
At least on our environment, where we use connection pool, it states way too long query times.
