[check_postgres] [check_postgres-announce] problems running "make test"

Yes, it does. I simply do: "make test" :)

It should be taking care of all of that itself. All it should need is 
the ability to find the binaries: initdb, pg_ctl, psql. The setup code 
in t/CP_Testing.pm is a little hairy, so probably some corner case 
getting tripped over in there.
