[check_postgres] check_postgres_bloat - minor error

Hi

I have fetched and tested version 2.22.0, from you bucardo.org site.

It works great - but I found an issue where a database with lots of bloat
would fail the check_postgres_bloat check, because you lack some type casts,
in the .pl script. 

I found and fixed, and now I see these additions have been put in the github
version already (2.22.1).

 

I'd like to suggest that you update the version on http://bucardo.org , it
might give a better impression on an already great tool ;)
