[check_postgres] make test failed - check_postgres.pl

Hi dears, 
Hope your doing well. 

I was trying to run postgres DB monitoring script in Librenms by following the instructions mentioned at : [ https://github.com/bucardo/check_postgres | https://github.com/bucardo/check_postgres ] . 
I have get a failed output when i run the make test command as it appears below:

My DB version is : 
psql (PostgreSQL) 10.13 (Ubuntu 10.13-1.pgdg18.04+1 

My OS version : Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
