[TNM-announce] Version 1.18.1 released

Version 1.18.1 of tail_n_mail has been released. This release 
adds the capability to "chunk" the emails into separate emails 
if the total file size is too large. This is set by the 
'maxemailsize' option, which defaults to 10 million bytes. 
There is also a new 'skip_non_parsed' option, which allows 
the ignoring of non-parseable log files. Usually not a good 
idea, but the option is there. :)
