[TNM-announce] TNM 1.21.0 released

Version 1.21.0 was just released, which contains a new "tempfile" 
mode (simliar to the duration mode) which is useful for tracking 
how much temp file writing to disk Postgres is doing. It generates 
a list of the worst offenders, both by absolutge size and by 
arithmetic mean. Download and a little further documentation is at:
