[TNM] csvlog

Hi,

TNM works with $subject? the documentation doesn't mention it but the
script itself has a condition for pgmode = csv, so i guess it does.
because pgmode should be setted in .tailnmailrc i guess i should put
there something like:

pgmode: csv

look at the colon (:) there, is it right? or should i use "="?
