[TNM] Hack to tnm

Hi,
I made a hack to tnm. I wanted to exclude errors from specific machines.
I'd tried putting the ip address in the EXCLUDE but that didn't work. After
looking through the script I saw why. My perl is very rudimentary but I
copied the parts for the exclude and made an exclude_prefix. It seems to
work ....

I hope I don't cause trouble by uploading my mod here as a zip file. I
wasn't sure if this may want to be included in the tool.

It's also quite possible that I made some mistake in my changes given my
perl experience.
