[TNM] having problems getting tnm running on linux for postgres logs

here's my config file:

MAILSUBJECT: Acme HOST Postgres errors UNIQUE : NUMBER

INCLUDE: ERROR:

INCLUDE: PANIC:


FILE0: /data_loc/LOGS/pgsql_logs/postgresql-2016-07-14_000000.log
LASTFILE0: /data_loc/LOGS/pgsql_logs/postgresql-2016-07-14_000000.log
OFFSET0: 770198


just trying to get it to run without sending email at this point... 
here's my latest effort:

[postgres at dsrvrfour tailmail]$ perl tail_n_mail.pl tnm.config.txt 
--file=postgresql-2016-07-14_000000.log --offset=0 --nomail
[postgres at dsrvrfour tailmail]$


I have verified that there are definitely errors in the logs:

postgres 198.119.134.170 2016-07-14 15:17:32.902 EDT [49853] [ange] 
ERROR:  relation "maria" does not exist at character 15
postgres 198.119.134.170 2016-07-14 15:17:32.902 EDT [49853] [ange] 
STATEMENT:  select * from maria

can someone help?
