[Bucardo-announce] Bucardo 4.99.10 is released (beta)

Version 4.99.10 of Bucardo has just been released. This is a *beta*
version of the upcoming Bucardo 5. If you are using Bucardo 4,
you really ought to try out Bucardo 5.

The major recent change is the addition of the "quick_delta" system,
for fast querying of the delta tables. Please report any problems or questions
to the bucardo-general at bucardo.org mailing list. Quicker but less thorough
