[Bucardo-general] Git upgrade

We've just upgraded git on the bucardo server, and I did some testing
earlier today that indicates the earlier update problem may have been
solved. Thus, I've removed the "git-gc" command from the post-receive
hook. If you have any problems with git-clone or git-pull, please let me
know right away.
