[Bucardo-general] problem with exception custom code.

What version of Bucardo is this? You should be seeing a line starting
with "Creating savepoints" in the logs for a KID right before the
exception is thrown. If you are not, you are using an older version of
Bucardo, or the $goat->{has_exception_code} is not being set correctly.
