Looks like EDB is modifying the output of SELECT version(). I've changed
the regex in the latest version of Bucardo (git pull or git clone to see
it). Or just modify bucardo_ctl yourself: change the regex around line
5465 to:

/(\d+)\.(\d+)(\S+)/

Let us know what else breaks if anything once you get past that. :)
