[Bucardo-general] Bucardo 4.0.3 experimental debian packages

Hello,
Nicholas Jefferson is at an effort to package Bucardo for Debian.
But I was in a hurry and packaged EXPERIMENTAL packages for it and its
dependencies, using debhelpers instead of cdbs and making modifications at init,
default, and configuration.
The debian/rules is able to run regression tests during the building stage.

I hope some ideas there could be used at Mr. Jefferson effort (if so, please
