[Bucardo-general] Error message when adding all tables

No - the slave nodes need no modification at all. Any database used as a
source (a "master") needs to have plpgsql available (which is available
in all but really old versions of Postgres, so nothing usually needs to
be done). The database that holds the Bucardo database needs to have
plperlu available - this does not come with Postgres by default, so it
needs to be compiled in by using --with-perl or by installing the proper
package.
