[Bucardo-general] Bucardo import problem

Bucardo stops because there is no point in going on - if we are going to
throw an error this time, we will throw an error next time. You can
define exception handlers as customcodes if you know what is going to
happen and have a way of clearing it up, but I don't think that is the
situation here.

You'll need to provide us more data before we can debug this from afar.
A good start would be the schema of the tables, the logs from Bucardo
around the time of the error, and the logs from Postgres around that time.
