Going over your email, Bucardo_delta, the function that it is calling is now()

I am guessing that is not right.

Do the triggers exist on the table in question? If not, make sure you have done a 'bucardo_ctl validate all', which may add them [back] in.
If they are there, and bucardo_delta is not being populated, something is very wrong: make sure the function it is calling - most likely called bucardo_add_delta() - looks normal, and make sure that triggers are not disabled for the table in question.
