[Bucardo-general] CTL Warning! Kid 26568 seems to have died. Sync "benchdelta"

Hi all,

 I keep seeing the above kind of error in my bucardo log file, just after I see bucardo synching a number of rows. At this point the sync swap fails of course. I am trying to figure out how to get better logging so that I can find out why it is crashing.  Perhaps some additional 

 I am running bucardo 4.0.4 (Perl 5.10.0) on SuSE 11.1_x86 with PostgreSQL v8.4.0 on both databases.
