[Bucardo-general] CTL Warning! Kid 26568 seems to have died. Sync "benchdelta"

To reply to my own post :)

 The bug seems to be in DBD::Pg -- when you try to replicate array columns that contain NULLs within the array contents, DBD::Pg crashes perl. 

The fix is this (I think). If no problems present themselves, I'll pass on to the perl people
