[Bucardo-general] Using latest rev.. a couple of bugs..

I'm not going to worry about the errors for now as the git version 
is changing very quickly and it will be better if we all simply 
test once the dust has settled.

The next version of Bucardo will be very interesting - I've already 
removed the concept of sync types, so no more "swap", "pushdelta", 
or "fullcopy"! :)
