[Bucardo-general] strange error on restart, won't start?

Have not seen a reply to this yet, but I have definitely seen this problem
before. I don't have time at the moment to track it down, but I'm pretty
sure it came up on this list before, along with a possible solution. Can
anyone recall or feel like digging?
