[Bucardo-general] is there any way to start a sync without restart bucardo?

I am syncing 59 tables and if I restart Bucardo, it seems I need to go
over it again.
in the meantime I would like to add more syncs, not matter using kick
or reload sync does not start the sync.

so could I start a sync without issuing "bucardo restart" ?
